He serves as commander and works with Yui to plan the test flight's schedule and the progress of the XFJ Program, providing a pillar of psychological support to Argus’s members. After losing many of his men on the battlefield, his priority is keeping them safe.

Ibrahim once fought in the Mediterranean as a guard of the Turkish Army's 94th Tactical Armored Battalion "Cobra", piloting the Turkish Army's state of the art F-16A, and was called the "Hero of Rhodes". Thousands of refugees from the Middle East know his name through his actions to protect and rescue them; However, his own men were killed doing so. As a result, Ibrahim was demoted for violating orders. Later, he joined Project Prominence and was a test pilot on Argus before giving that role to Yuuya Bridges.
