Herrscher of Sentience

Born when the Honkai attempted to make use of Fu Hua's dormant body to birth a new Herrscher into the world. The newly born Herrscher was confused by the large storage of 50,000 years of memory within Fu Hua's body, and subsequently became convinced that it was Fu Hua, taking their body for herself.
