Tatsunootoshigo

A male seahorse character created by Hisato Inoue and belonging to the Hangyodon Universe. He's a regular at Ebisen's Bar that Hangyodon sometimes visits and is almost never seen without his young daughter, who rests in a baby carrier on his back.
