Lutia

Lutia is a Pokémon Coordinator from Rune City and the niece of Mikuri. For her achievements in Pokémon Contest Spectaculars, she became an idol in Hoenn, filming commercials and scouting Trainers to participate in contests. She participated in the Master Rank Minamo City Pokémon Contest Live and tied Serena for first place.
