Chao

A member of the PKB, Chao appears to be the closest thing the PKB has to Gummie's second-in-command. A generally nice girl, she is rather quiet and reserved on occasion. However, she's also very brave and dedicated to her job, willing to stand up to some of the worst threats the city has faced. Chao pilots an Arosaurer.
