Drake only anime appearance was in Vanity Affair. His English voice actor was Brian Maillard and his Japanese voice actor is Shōzō Iizuka. He witnessed Ash having a battle with another trainer and invites Ash and his company to his ship and then to have a Pokémon Battle with him. Drake wins the match easily and Ash realizes he had been overconfident recently.
