A mad scientist harboring ambitions of world domination. She has a sharp personality and is addressed by titles such as "Queen" or "Your Excellency."

She is a fairly typical tsundere; when she lets her guard down and shows affection, her vocabulary tends to become noticeably simpler. She excels at building machines and is one of the few characters who frequents scrapyards. She has even been known to cheat at arcade medal games.

The state of her right eye—which is always hidden by her hair—remains a mystery, though apparently, it wasn't covered in the initial character designs.
