Mowang Qui'lon

Place of Birth: Kazdel Race: Sarkaz

According to Kazdelian mythos, Qui'lon was the fourth King of Sarkaz and the first crossbreed Sarkaz to inherit the powers of the Black Crown. Though cloaked in mysticism and legend, stories claim his mere presence could drive enemies to flee, exerting overwhelming pressure on the minds of would-be challengers. He was most easily recognized by his weapon—the Wrathful Cerulean Flame. To some, Qui'lon was a merciful despot, sparing those strong enough to retreat from him. To others, he was a brutal and unrelenting tyrant.
