Paozu Obaa-chan

An old woman living in the village Oolong terrorizes. She gives the Six-Star Dragon Ball to Goku and Blooma in exchange for them dealing with Oolong.

In the anime, despite having the name "Grandma Paozu", she is credited as "Old Woman".
