Нурарі

Nurari (濡羅吏) was a shinobi who appeared in the second Naruto Shippūden filler arc. Nurari enjoyed toying with his foes and constantly mocked them. He also was shown to be a bit of a drag queen when he whimpered feminine shrieks or moans whenever he was in danger. Another example was when Rinji, and later Kabuto, gave him a mocking stare, to which he remarked was rude.
