As a rookie reporter, Pierre has not yet become jaded like his superior Roy. He is very bold in his reporting, unafraid of asking questions of Military Police officers that would otherwise be considered "off-limits." He takes his job of reporting the truth very seriously, becoming frustrated when he is kept from printing news that would be scandalous for the government.
