He spends his days on the rocks of the open sea, watching other fish. He is laid-back and lacks confidence in himself, always envious of the other fish. He is bored with his daily life. But after meeting the little sea bass, he leaves the rocks for the first time to search for the ocean he is in again. He loves fish and becomes obsessed with them.
