Shy by nature, he loves reading and finds a sense of peace particularly in libraries. Having been bullied in the past due to his girlish appearance, he grew to live in fear of others' gazes. Although he initially viewed the newly arrived Akira as an outsider,she gradually came to accept her.

He plays the drums in the band.
