Hikoichi is an older gentleman with grey hair, a well-kept mustache, with his most distinguishing feature being his eyebrows which curl at the outer sides. Like a gentleman, he uses honorifics and is polite to anyone. However, he shows his savage side to satisfy his curiosity or during battles. He has a twin brother called Yakou Jouichi.
