Асама Йошіцуне

Born in August of the 39th year of the Yamato era, hailing from the capital of Wakayama. Held the positions of Assistant Armory Officer for the Frontier General's Unit and later Right Lieutenant General.

Raised under his mother's rigorous "gifted education," he calls her "Mama" and is fiercely devoted to her—to the point of writing her biography. He is the heir to the main branch of the Asama family, a prestigious clan instrumental in the founding of Yamato. Driven by strong ambition and a desire for validation, he aims to end the Three Kingdoms era through his own efforts and become a figure respected by the entire nation.

While skilled in martial arts, he tends to look down on others and seeks to assert his superiority. When meeting new people or in formal settings, he abandons the Kansai-inflected Yamato dialect in favor of the "Eastern language" (standard Japanese) to project an image of superior intellect.
