Momoka Nishizawa

She represents the "West" among the four winds surrounding the Hinata household.

She is the daughter of the Nishizawa family—owners of the massive Nishizawa Group conglomerate—and stands as its de facto successor. Her father is Umeo Nishizawa, president of the Nishizawa Group, and her mother is Ouka Nishizawa, a world champion martial artist.

Her partner is Private Second Class Tamama, and outside of school, she is almost always accompanied by her butler, Paul Moriyama.

She possesses a dual personality inherited from her mother; while she is normally a demure and lovely girl, she undergoes a drastic transformation into "Dark Momoka"—a persona with a fiercely violent and crude temperament—whenever she gets angry. This "dark" side is terrifying enough to strike fear into the hearts of the Keroro Platoon.

She harbors feelings for Fuyuki Hinata—who treats her no differently than anyone else—and often leverages her status as a wealthy heiress to devise large-scale schemes to grow closer to him.
