Ichirou Oogami

An elite officer who graduated at the top of his class from the Naval Academy; Yuichi Kayama was a colleague of his during his time in the Navy.

A battle-hardened captain who has repeatedly saved the Imperial Capital and Paris from monsters, he is the eldest member of both the Imperial and Paris Flower Divisions.

Despite being male, he possesses exceptional spiritual power capable of piloting the *Reishi-Katchuu* (Spirit-Powered Armor) known as "Koubu." His ability to act as a catalyst, synchronizing with the spiritual power of others, was a key factor in his selection as the Flower Division captain.

In his daily life, he works as a ticket taker at the theater (a role he initially resisted), though he also occasionally handles stage direction and production.
