Ісохата Укі

She is the Mistress and Head Maid of Seaside cafe. Hotori calls her "Granny" but they are not related by blood. When Hotori was young, she came in crying to the shop one day and Uki gave her some curry rice. Uki recruited Hotori as a part timer when she grew up.
