Tooru is friendly with everyone, and has a calm personality. He attends Katagiri Senior Highschool.

At first he hates Miyamura due to his close relationship with Hori, who he had a crush on at the time. He confessed to her and was immediately rejected. In time he became a great friend of Miyamura.
